Tax-Free Childcare
We are pleased to now be able to offer you tax-free childcare for Inspire Holiday Camps.
Step 1 - Set up your Tax-Free Childcare account
If you don't already have one, you can apply for Tax-Free Childcare through GOV.UK.
Once your account is set up, you will have a Tax-Free Childcare account that you can use to make payments to registered childcare providers.
Step 2 - Find Inspire on your Tax-Free Childcare account
Log in to your Tax-Free Childcare account and search for Inspire Holiday Camps Woodgate using our provider details.
Inspire's Tax-Free Childcare provider reference number is: 2899625
You will need to add Inspire as a childcare provider before you can make a payment.
Step 3 - Book your child's place with Inspire
Book your child's place through our usual Bookwhen booking system. https://bookwhen.com/inspireevents66
Please do not make a standard card payment if you are intending to pay through Tax-Free Childcare.
When booking, use the code XXXX at checkout and this will make the booking £0.
Step 4 - Make the payment
Once you have booked your child's place, log in to your Tax-Free Childcare account and make the payment to:

Provider reference: 2899625
Please ensure that you are paying for the correct child and booking.
Step 5 – Allow time for the payment to arrive
Tax-Free Childcare payments can take a little time to reach us.
Your child's place will only be fully confirmed once the payment/booking has been received and matched by Inspire. Please note, bookings must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the camp day.
If payments aren't made within one week, your booking will be revoked.
If you are booking a popular or limited-capacity session, we recommend making your Tax-Free Childcare payment as soon as possible.

Tax-Free Childcare can only be used towards eligible childcare costs. If you are unsure whether a particular Inspire activity is eligible, please check with us before making your payment.
